E. Dana Dickens, III
E. Dana Dickens, III was appointed President and CEO of the Hampton Roads Partnership on January 7, 2005. Dana is responsible for implementing the policies of the Partnership's Board of Directors and the general management of the Corporation.
Dana has a distinguished background in public service in Hampton Roads having served as Vice Chairman on the Suffolk Planning Commission, and Chair of the Subcommittee on Ordinances. Later he successfully ran for City Council and became the first ever “rookie” Councilman elected Mayor. He served two terms as Mayor of the City of Suffolk.

Donna Morris was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Hampton Roads Partnership in 2006, having served as Director of Communications since the Partnership was formed in 1996. Donna is responsible for managing programs relating to transportation, regional cooperation and performance-based planning. She handles member and media relations for the Partnership.
Before joining the Partnership, she was Director of Alumni Relations/Assistant Vice President of Development for Old Dominion University and Executive Vice President of the ODU Alumni Association, Inc.

Melanie L. Webb
Melanie joined the Partnership in March 2012. She is responsible for the financial, administrative and day to day management of the office. She is responsible for administrative support of the staff, bookkeeping tasks and day to day management of the office.
Before joining the partnership, Melanie worked as Operations Manager for EcoBuilders of Virginia, LLC, General Manager of HQ Global Workplaces, Inc. and Department Manager for Riverside Rehabilitation Institute.

Rick Lally
In 2010, Rick served as Interim Director and is now Director of Innovate!HamptonRoads™ working to position Hampton Roads as a magnet for research and development investment; facilitate university/government lab/industry teaming; be a catalyst for new business formation, incubation and acceleration; champion and coordinate private/public investments; grow industry cluster contributions to the Gross Regional Product; and create jobs.

Megan joined the Partnership in the summer of 2011. She is responsible for coordinating regional legislative efforts as well as working with elected officials and the municipalities of Hampton Roads.
Before joining the Partnership, Megan spent two years in France working with the U.S. Embassy in Paris and the International Chamber of Commerce while completing graduate work at The American University of Paris. She has an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Terryn joined the Partnership in February of 2012. She is responsible for maintaining the calendars of Dana Dickens, of the Hampton Roads Partnership, and Craig Quigley, of the Hampton Roads Military and Federal Facilities Alliance, and serving as a front person for all office interactions.
Before joining HRP, Terryn worked as a Senior Representative with NCO Group, Inc. and as a Receptionist with DelMarva/Suffolk Concrete and a Personal Office Assistant with Venture Management.
